Prices

The below prices are correct from 2022 and are supply only. The below prices will give you an estimate of the cost of your square spiral. Our team provide fitting and installation locally to Bristol at an extra cost.

 

Our square spirals are made bespoke in MDF and can be made to your needs. We can also make your stairs in either pine or hardwood (please contact us for pine and hardwood prices).

 

We also offer reversing treads, single joining treads, twin joining treads, quarter turns and bottom treads separately. We recommend that only one or two joining steps be added to the stairs. Please contact us and we can advise you on this.

 

A floor-to-ceiling height will let you know how many treads will be required and the cost of a standard square spiral.  

 

600mm Square Spiral are for access to a single room (with ensuite).

800mm Square Spiral are for access to multiple rooms.

 

Openings for a square spiral fit in an L-shaped opening rather than a rectangle opening for regular stairs. You may need to strengthen the rafters and have some extra floor work done depending on your situation. We can advise you further please contact us.
